A Guy and His Dog

This is a story about figuring it out, with a prototype in hand, a dog by my side, and a van as my home.

After building a manufacturing-ready product but lacking industry experience, the founder hit the road. Two cross-country trips, 25 prototypes, truck-stop showers, and a dog’s safety later, he traded the car for a van.

 He funds the dream by setting up lighting for concerts and other events, and at the same time, chases validation, builds a team, fundraises, and proves that limitations can’t stop grit. 

At the same time, overcoming self and other obstacles of life is needed to create a business and build trust to build a team.
